Your RDP is such a pain in the arss,

Everything is running slow, launch apps is slow, rar/unrar takes hours, uploading speed is ridiculously slow, all installed software are out of date so they are useless (IDM, Mipony)
I have suscribed to your services because of the good comments i read on this topic, but now i am truly disapointing, at first everything was fine but since almost a week everythings has gone from bad to worst.

I am pretty sure you are overselling your RDP with disregarding the performance of your services.

Note: Don't tell me to open support ticket, because that is what i did several times.

@Fredonino : Maybe because of one or two new user we put in the server, abusing and causing the server overload time to time.

Yes it maybe that too, or it could also be because you are simply overselling you RDP i saw that there are a lots of more users on my RDP than there was when i first join your service.

Anyway i'll see in the futur if something is done.

NOTE : Sorry but i won't open an other tickets, nevertheless your support staff is good and very fast although the problems are persisting
