BUT

Seems that they have issue with either HDD over usage or CPU over usage on this particular server you were on. So it does not mean all their servers look like this.
Except this issue i think their price is not that far from what they offer. Absence of money back guarantees is quite common in case of virtual private servers i think, so nothing too extraordinary.
I assume you are not an ignorant and you sent them these details so they can fix their service.

PS: i would be curious if you can create ramdisk and archive your file from or to ramdisk, maybe it can help increase speed. It depends if bottleneck is reading or writing and also would be interesting to see how CPU behave if it is exhausted.

Yes I send a ticket to support to see if they can solve the problem and this is the answer:

[h=2]"this speed will be fine in some time as due to other users' load."[/h]
the speed did not improve.

Others users are using or not, Check the network utilisation from "Task Manager" It will show on how much they are using.

We are talking about disk speed not network speed.

Hello VAEGS,

10Gbit with SATA disk is bad idea, you should always go for ssd if you like to enjoy 10Gbit port.
SSD with hardware raid 0 will perform better.

I tried that service in the past , I did , and I could not stay more than 2 days with them
and I asked for a refund . with that price you can get better ;)

You should always buy Dedicated or VPS. RDP is the worst solution. They are usually overloaded and most providers will do everything in order to avoid refunds.

Small dedicated service with nice configuration you can buy from 40 euro.

You may also buy Dedicated with some trusted friend and create RDP accounts just for you two. Thanks for that you will get much better performance.

Regards.
