Yes this is truly a unique idea. Nothing like this exists anywhere. I'm sure it will be a huge success.
- Admins, uploaders, gfx artists, coders and other staff
- you'll have a forum script to run it. probably ipb or vb
- You will host warez links and be starting from scratch.

you can use my domain pirateview.org if you want. Its a very nice domain with a cool logo! Its pr3 right now!
i never submit to katz and all the actual traffic is organic and also you won't need to worry about hosting nor about the domain.
The board is actually focused on drawings, multimedia, video animations, open source coding&developmment. I can work on these but i have also a warez section to attract more people but i don't download nor upload anything!
Interested? Am also working on a custom design of the site!

You have people offering you a dedicated hosting (DLow) and a PR3 Domain (NucleA) and also a group of motivated people. What else you need for a start? I say "lets put it in force (y)"
Also if some people having warez forums/blogs here agree to give a dofollow backlink to this 'Mega Warez Forum', It wont be difficult to get into google.
After going through the replies, what I feel is, Exel is right upto a point but again voting system can be put into force and this can be just made a rule - Majority Wins. If some one disagrees, better not be in the team :/

By the way, it should be clear that not everyone should claimed to be admin.
I think, everybody must contribute and slowly their rank will be upgraded according to their participation until the final post of admin!
