automatically subtitles possible?

hello guys,

i know youtube can put automaticly english subtitles under some english audio videos

i am recording the lessons of my dutch teacher, is there a tool, or is it possible to generate dutch subtitles automatically?

i would like to pay 150$ for somebody who can help me to learn how to do this

so i will upload a 1 hour dutch audio and it must generate automatically subtitles, like the CC button on youtube, but then for dutch language

Highly doubt it, you'll need to record (vocally + literately) every word on the dictionary into the software in order to subtitle every spoken word. And even if you were able to do so, the software might just messes up words if you don't pronounce it exactly as you recorded it the first time.
