Hiring Auto-Upload Script

hi guys, I am looking for a script that will auto download from SCC - one particular category, then rar the entire folder, upload this file to filesonic & fileserve, then create a post on a few major forums, ( say 5 to begin with ), with the post looking like....

then delete the torrent and all files assosiated with it from the hard drive
I would also like the script to maybe even not upload files above 100mb

We don't allow uploading tools to be sold or purchased on WJ, so I need to close this thread but you have some pretty good suggestions already.
