I'm asuming this has been thought of already but there are popular boards that people post locker links to and some of those sites have RSS or IRC which gives a way to know about new threads.
Would anyone be interested in a program that watched said sites crawled new topics, grabbed links, generated url shorteners and then posted to desired forums/blogs?
