Urgh you guys seriously need to stop giving this guy a hard time :P

Well if hes selling a website and didnt put a reserve price.. he sorta walked into it :P

And anyways, theres no legal binding in that he has to sell to a certain person. So calm down. =)

i am not trying to put you down or anything, but there isn't anything special or unique that comes with your website. the only thing that makes the website worth anything are the services you provide, and once you sell the website it won't be worth much..

it is not fair because i spent $100 on it an my work to design and content please be fair on biding

WTF ? What work did you do ???

+1
Exactly what I was thinking..
but anyways make a Starting Bid waqar :) It'll help the buyers :p

I've had enough with members harassing waqar, either bid or get out. Simple as ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ.

thanx Hawk and secondly someone asked $100 worth of this site so my dear i have purchased domain and hosting after that in word press i have changed so many things to design my site and now it has PR 1 and some good content on it and good Alexa Rank

Get your facts straight!

That site is nowhere near $100 in value.

It is a pre-made theme with just an adbrite banner added on the top. Stats? So what if it's 301,000 Alexa. You only got 4 posts on the blog. Adbrite shows only an average of 2 visitors a day.

What customization? What have you changed 'inside wordpress'? Nothing is being reflected on the outside. Or are you telling us you've changed the core code and made it more 'non-efficient' ?

Code:

^ The blog's not even basic SEO-Optimized and you say you've done a lot of customization, etc. Domain + Hosting = $20 MAX!

No anti-spam plugin? No comment moderation? Your first post is spam-ridden.

PR1?
Worth $5-$10, at most.
If you really paid someone $100 to design/build this blog, you got robbed.

Have you been copy/pasting SEO-Services and similar content blindly? You offer SEO Services (http://www.creativesoftcasa.com/?page_id=6) on a blog that is not SEO'd itself!
GET REAL!

Innovating SEO Strategies? How is anything on the site 'innovative' ?
Alexa of 300,000 is not 'good'. It's average. And faking Alexa is child's play. Why? Because Alexa's are guesstimates (love you, Katz)... not actual stats!

I've been buying/selling websites for 4 years now. I am not gonna brag...
But your stuff is worth $30-$40, at max. That too, am pushing it too much.

@Hawk or other staff
If you think this post is 'not on topic'... then I'll politely disagree. This is just as much on-topic as is any other bid made on the site being sold. Because I'm simply outlining facts relating to the site that is being sold, for potential buyers. Not bashing the OP or talking shit... :)

First of all thanx for your bid lifetalk secondly dear why you think that you are the only expert on this earth your post tell this that you are the guru but listen one thing i am here to sell my site not to debate on what in it or what is not it is open thing not hidden every one can see my site i have spent time on it ok and one more thing if you are doing copy or something like this then why you think every one is like you third thing is that i am agree what you said about my site because ......... i will not start debate if any one interested than ok other wise no problem

^ You need to decide first, whether you'll agree to what I said, or disagree.

Your entire post disagrees with me, accusing me in return, even though you have no idea of the type of websites I operate.

My idea/reason to post is not to target you, but to provide fair stats to potential buyers, which of course, you are not and (thus) potentially defrauding them.

And then, right towards the end, you say you agree with everything I've said. Make sure you understand what you're typing. English sure seems to be your second language, but at least make an effort!

Did I say, mention, or insinuate the fact that I'm the "only expert on this earth"? Anyone who's played with Wordpress once or even twice, will know that your blog is literally worth nothing. And that you're helplessly trying to promote it as quality, when you YOURSELF know it is not!

Nevertheless, I'll be pleasantly surprised if this thing gets sold... even for $50! Because that'll probably be an indicator of the fact that the economy's coming back into shape after a financial crisis since early/mid 2008.

So, you don't copy paste... right?

Why Automated SEO Is Not A Bad Idea
some interesting points, but not sure sufficiently supports thesis as to why WebsiteGrader is a “bad idea”.
1. I agree that expert humans are almost always better than automated tools at things like a website review. However, one of the reasons for automation is that computers are a lot less expensive than humans at rote, repetitive tasks. A lot of what WebsiteGrader checks for are things SEO experts would likely look at too — there’s just no reason to do it manually.

2. WebsiteGrader basically checks for “vital signs”. It’s like checking your height, weight and blood-pressure. This is no replacement for a doctor if you have a serious illness, but I don’t think you need an expert looking over your shoulder just to get on the bathroom scale in the morning. Also, it doesn’t hurt to understand some of the basics about things that impact you — be it health or SEO. The risk that some people will misuse information or not seek expert advice when they should is rarely a compelling argument in favor of ignorance.

Quoted part of your previous post
secondly dear why you think that you are the only expert on this earth your post tell this that you are the guru but listen one thing i am here to sell my site not to debate on what in it or what is not it is open thing not hidden every one can see my site i have spent time on it ok and one more thing if you are doing copy or something like this then why you think every one is like you
So, the language barrier/difference is more than obvious.

OR... do you deliberately speak broken English on WJunction because you think it makes you look cool?

Again thanks lifetalk for you comments but why you are not understand what i am saying that i am here to sell my site i have not said that i have popular blog and and i am asking money for that blog.
Again i am not here to debate on something totally non sense that you are posting so please don't waste my time and i don't know about you, may be you have time for non sense things so please be a gentle man ok and i never ever be agree with you (i am not agree with you )

Lifetalk is trying to say that your blog costs a lot for what it has to offer and it would be a wise thing to lower your price cause nobody is going to buy it.
