Hi,

Ive sent multiple emails to these guys to find out why my submissions are listed and why I am not whitelisted but no reply. How long does it take for them to reply/approve usually?

i guess either their system is messed up or they dont know how to fix the issues cuz mecho ain't fixing anything since mr happy left it and the atomic is also not replying since july

Do not bother using them or any other DDL. Simply because they won't help you much nowadays.

You must depend on organic traffic/search engines.

I Removed both from my site I think both are dead now....
