asking for some program language

as i am web designer, i want now to have ability to code my designs

so what language i need to learn .. html\css
and what should i learn visual basic or Dreamweaver ??

If you mean for things like VB and IPB it is using css and html mainly. But there are specific ways to code each page so that apps/hooks/mods will interface correctly.
