Article exchanging

Hey guys, anyone know about article exchange?
Since search engines begin to devalue link exchanging, webmasters find another way to achieve website promotion and to improve website pr, that is article exchanging.
It seems to be a good method, but one of the problems is that we need a third-party to monitor the whole process.

After Panda then if you are using the same article on a number of sites then this would be certainly counted as duplicate content. Sites having duplicate content are punished and also tend to lose rankings. If you are using the same article then make sure that you have changed the text of the article so that it does not remain
exactly the same.
