I'm able to get cheap CPU time so I thought an Video encoding Service like http://www.encoding.com/ could be a nice offer. But I'm not sure if there is a real Market and what People would pay. I think the price of encoding.com for Example is much too high.
Any thoughts about this topic are very welcome
