Dunno man, I'm not big on law. Just seems that they are supporting Google and their features while you seem to be just using their name for your own unrelated website. The word Google isn't a word, but their own brandname.

eg. I might start a chat site called facebooklounge where people get together and chat. Site gets big, fb sue for infringement. Sounds pretty likely anyway

I am holding the domain for almost 4 yrs now. at least i should get the reg fees.

Because there is the strong possibility of a take down notice if this site were to come to googles attention I have closed this thread.

I think it is safe to assume any url with a trademarked name in it is high risk.
