The site is free from ADS atm, but i'm sure it can make some crazy revenue, plus the filehosting system you can add on the website.
Basically, you buy it, merge the site to another host (using wampdeveloper or not) (because the one i use, end at 1st march), modify what you want, and let the poster doing the job (using your referer id of filehosting you can earn money from them).

It's really a good deal, the site can be amazing. It's easy to found new heads to do the job of daily post. I prefer sell it now than see the site dying...
