Apple just sent out invites for an iPad 3 launch with will be on the March 7th at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. Expected things will be retina display, better camera, more power with a new CPU but it will be a tiny bit thicker.... maybe 0.2mm or some other measurement that doesn't matter.

Here's the invite
As for the iPad... no. Not official besides the bit of a picture in the invitation. Their are loads of unofficial ones taken from factories of parts, cases etc but it looks exactly like the iPad2. You can see the above screenshot has a better display though.
