Some questions I have:
How many IP/24h do you count? (1 I guess)
If same IP download 5 different files from 5 different account, how many downloads will be counted and paid for?
If same IP download 5 different files from same account, how many will be counted and paid for?
If same IP download same file 2 times (or more), how many will be counted and paid for?
Does the downloader have to install a program in order to download a file?
If "Yes" on No.5: Which OS is supported?

Downloads counted once the user completes the download with AnySend

so u count downloads only if user download with anysend

thats not good

bcoz its injecting .exe file although u r saying its virus free...i didn't like it neither my downloaders

if u count downloads without anysend...i will try ur host

Download speed isn't 13kb..i really don't know how you got this number.

Download speed is Affected by the server load, AnySend desktop app got priority over downloading without AnySend.

We are now counting every download with or without AnySend as you requested.

Download without AnySend is affected by load on servers this is the reason you sometime get this message.

I checked and i can see commission from all tiers ,I believe some of the users that are getting commission could clear this up.

I checked your profile individually and you are also getting some commission not from tier 5 .
