Anyone tried atlantic.net shared hosting?

Hello Dear Members,
Hope you are all well . Recently I created two websites. Now, I am planning to create another website. I have been researching on web hosting companies from yesterday and found out atlantic.net, At present both of my websites are hosted on Ipage. I also tried to host my websites on hostgator but as I have VCC Verified paypal, they wouldn't accept my website because my name on paypal and name on national identity mismatch. So far, I have faced two or three downtimes (2-3 hours) from ipage. So, I am searching for new one...

Moreover, atlantic.net has very good PR and they are offering 100% uptime. So, I would like to hear your experience with them.....
