I just googling around and found it on the second list on my google search with a keyword paypal neteller exchanger, trying to exchange $26.5 paypal to my neteller, the chat response was good, but since I send the money, poof its like gone?

Are they scammers? the pp email is mymsfund@rediffmail.com by the name of Filichar Arndo - Unverified
