Anyone know this mod?

I saw a vb 4 forum the other day and it had an interesting mod installed. Like an idiot i forgot to bookmark the site so cannot show you. It had under the nav bar a scrolling panel showing various post with a small picture taken from the post.

Does any one know the name of this mod.
