OK. These topics get asked a lot but I suppose not much for non English sites so here's a list of the ones you wanted and way to get a list of warez sites in any language you want.

German download and release sites can be found here

and you can find a good list of Spanish warez sites here
http://wrzc.org/lang-es

as for Russian sites I don't really have many but I'll have a look around and if I find any they'll be added here

For any other languages just select them from the nav or you can guess them by adding a language prefix to the end of the url. For example Polish isn't in the navigation as it's not that popular but you can still see get a list of Polish sites if you add the polish language abrivation which is pl to the end of the url to get http://wrzc.org/lang-pl

Doing this you can get a list of any language warez sites you want.
eg Italian which is it can be found at http://wrzc.org/lang-it
Turkish which is tr can be found at http://wrzc.org/lang-tr
etc etc. for all languages.
