I don't think there will be someone who will give you unlimited storage space for 15$.

hydrax 1 TB BW = 10$ Unlimited storage
vidmoly daily 1.100 ad-free play and 1 TB storage = 10.95$

They had issues sure, which hosts do not face issues? He was transparent with me throughout now I start uploading to my own streaming blog with no video player adverts.
