Depends on what you need. If you need something related to sales/billing they will get back to you fairly fast. If you need something to be done on the VPS they will just ignore you which is an understandable since they are unmanaged provider.

I agree with Krun!x

Both of you greatseeder & accyuklad

are flaming Santrexx.

They are a "Unmanaged" Provider which means they could take days to respond to a support ticket if they wanted to.

i bought a shared plan of santrex a few days before. i just opened a ticket to import my database and now almost 50 hours gone. they are sleeping till now.

They won't import your DB because you can do it yourself. They will most probably tell you to use BigDump.

Once again, it's an unmanaged provider. At that price you really can't expect any support from them when it comes to things you can do yourself.

Never had a problem with them tbh, the few times there servers have gone down they didnt reply to ticket untill it was fixed and then it just said, "servers fixed"

I had bought shared hosting from them
and they suspended my hosting after 2 days and when I ask for refund they said who are you? As far as msn support they blocked me in msn too:(

They scammed me OMG for just 6$ :(

You people throw around the word scam without even thinking. They are an unmanaged host. They severely lack support. Nothing to do with a scam. They just suck at it.

they are so shit that they would ban u for no reason when they feel like without refund/ I had VPS with them paid for 12 months.

I was terminated, reason : "you are running bots" wtf ^o) I am not into any kinds of bots & all

We have experience with Santrex. They arent a scam and services are really good. But their support is really slow. And if you are under unmanged services, go directly to cPanel Support as they wont help you unless its hardware. So if you are experienced. Then go ahead.

Agreed. All other replies are based on nothing or no knowledge.
