I signed up on their website and they are asking way too much info like your name,phone number and where you live to become one and reading some of these threads it looks like they are not paying their users?
Anyone has more info and experience with this host?

Nope - it got even worse. I still strongly advise you not to use this OCH.
he will ask you ID or Passport, then reject your payment or asking you a selfie, he had open case in court in France, big chance he will share it with court there, especially the owner of this website is a Jew, and this kind of ppl are everywhere sharing data of users with other country in political exchange... do few search to know the whole history of their fight with manga owners..

Just because many people do it doesn't mean that it is or will be right 
maybe they're using fake ID or very old accounts, their withdrawal can be via BTC or SEPA, I request via BTC, then they asking me ID, when I sent fake ID.... then reject it and close my account
