Anyone experience with iReach (PRNewsWire)?

Hey everyone,

I am struggling to get decent traffic to my website. It is, ofcourse, only 4 months old and in a very crowded niche, but still, I would like to get some better results.

So I searched around a bit and came across this website here: https://ireach.prnewswire.com/Home.aspx

Does anyone have experience with this service or similiar services? And how does it all work exactly? It all sounds very complicated to me.
