i think best way to do that is make a 2 PP a/c 1 unverified and 1 verified
and put unverified PP a/c in all filehost and they move all money to verified and take it out.
i know you can sand money on AP if you unverified, don't know PP allows that as i am verified there

Russian guys - Webmoney, all decent filehosts pay by webmoney. They don't screw people over, and take your cash.
Exchanger - Meet people, get trusted friends, exchange how much you want. They will always take some % from you, only idiots would scam, when they can count on steady income all the time. So, don't hang with idiots.
Sheesh, I admire the stupidity of people who trust paypal... They won't fuck you over twice, only once. And you will loose everything. Worth a risk???
but i read a lot of people get limited, even when they are verified with virtual credit card. Some say paypal asks for documents when you have sent/recieved 1500 $, some say it's 2500.
when you send all the money from unverified to verified it's easy to track you down i think, unless you open an ebay shop with goods that are not physical, like scripts or digital music, and buy from yourself.
the problem that remains than, is that all the time a lot of money might stay locked in limited paypal accounts,which would be a wast of money/time..

One my friend, have a xxx blog from 2008. Uses paypal, and of course his real ID because it is necessitous to sending money from PP to Bank Account. (we are Slovakian both) He earned till now a really huge amount of money (he has house, car and so on from this) and he was never asked from Bank, that where he has the money from. And all his income to bank account is from "BOFA-LONDON".
This all is just BUBUBU.. no-one will punish you for uploading, even if you upload some movie with original audio, and make subtitiles in your language before premiere in your country.(as one Chinese guy, who uploaded movie "Wanted" (with Angeline Jolie) and made chinese subtitles, and upload it before first run in China.

Exchangers are a good idea, you know where to find them lol?
1. They are in Russia, they don't obey US laws
2. They don't scam people, by closing their accounts illegally, like paypal, and wiping all your cash. They earn from small % = huge earnings.

if you think i am naive, then go on ahead and do what you are doing. i am not stopping you or try to change your mindset. you think russia is a 3rd world country? .. they are subjected to international laws or else face economic sanctions.
bottom line is if you are afraid of getting caught, then don't upload.
