Currently xllhost does not have many people behind it mainly me and the original founder/owner and a few others who work seasonally.

We have kept up with the servers and speed pretty well and the owner has a fair share of knowledge to keep your site up with no hiccups.

It has been up for a couple of years now before i joined (partnered with owner).

Try it out and see for your self since we do of course give a refund in case your not happy, but just read the TOS section carefully on refunds so you do not miss any details of it.
