Any Video Host with PPS Program?

Are there any good video streaming host that have PPS? I see many do pay per view/download but I want pay per sale

I'm looking for the same. I found one but service was horrible, admin didn't reply to my messages and the website looks like it was build on 1990. I don't know how still doesn't exist a PPS video hosting service or just a premium video hosting (not even PPS), just paying for streaming.
