Any Plugin For Google Engage?

I am a member of Google engage and am able to give my customers a $100 Google Adwords certificate but I was wondering if there was any way I could just put codes in a plugin to be distributed and so on.
Or maybe even a cpanel plugin like Host Gator Has?

Make a PHP script like Godaddy has.
Depending on your current website, I could make you on fairly cheap if need be. :o
