they suspend domain account if its warez

Well, my friend had a warez domain with them, after a few months, it got suspended and he had to pay $72 and had to initiate a transfer within 24 hours.

Do they also suspend domains registred from them or just warez websites hosted on them? Former is bit scary.

Although i heard that they do suspend domains registerd from them if they receive spam complaints.

i never had problems, i even had a trademark issue with 2 of my domains and i still have them
