DELL -- BEEP!!
well, i didn't get you clearly
u mean the DATA folder which is on your Desktop?
give a restart and do check
what anti virus are you using?

He's talking about the colored box/border, of where the browser was before he moved it.

i would say this is a classic case of "next next next" when installing random stuff without regard for the well-being of your PC.

which one is the error
DEVIANCE: wait for ur dns to settle
or
Battle Duty: its been more than 24 hours

its there any hardware parts fault?:)

My lappy is online 24/7 and I never had this issue.
Well if you said that you tried to reinstall os twice and is back...
But you didnt mentioned was it clear install or only restore....
It seems like refreshing is not working properly...
You didnt said your video card brand.
If its nvidia try to get drivers from laptopvidia2go. Install latest and try, but before uninstall totally old ones...
Second one try updating bios.
