Anonymous hackers claim to leak PayPal passwords

Again marking November 5th as a global day of protest, Hacker group Anonymous has released confidential customer information, including 28,000 alleged account passwords that it says came from a hack of PayPal’s servers.

Hacktivists and the media [AND WJ NOOBS] latched onto a report by cyberwarnews.info that incorrectly named PayPal and not ZPanel as a victim, PayPal explained in a statement. ZPanel are a web hosting software developer.
