Here is what we are going to do:
Along with rapidshare mirror, we will be uploading files to our personal servers. Now before you guy jump around asking where it is located, I want to say its our PERSONAL server, so there is no provider we are relying on.
Basic idea is, most of the people are irritated since they need rapidshare and other premium accounts to download stuff. Now with us, they would be able to download it directly without paying anything with no interuption.
Just wanted to share it with you guys and see what you have to say. I am not sure if anyone else has it, but I think its a good step towards helping the members. Please don't sak me how much is it gonna cost me etc questions, becaue I have got what i can afford.

Basically its my new forum @ warez.co.in.

i don't think it'd be innovative for the scene, for your site maybe, but the rest.. i don't think so. this has been thought out and attempted numerous times for the past years. never has it ever been supremely successful.

but if you think your downloads will be reliable, speeds, not getting raided, then props. if you keep it up with a large library of downloads, then your site definitely will be a success.
 
oh i'm not worried about it. even though you'll provide premium downloads for free, i'll probably continue to stick to hotfile and rapidshare. i was just giving you a pat on the back and wishing you luck.
