For those who are impatient to read this lengthy review, all I have to say is that if you value your money, do not go for their hosting services!

I have nothing to gain from writing this review. I took the time to write this so that other WJ members don't fall in their trap in future & suffer.

I bought their RLH-2 plan (worth $8.99) on the 24th of July. Ever since then, I have faced nothing but trouble from them. Here's a brief run down:

1) The screenshots provided in the opening post of his sale thread are blatant lies and false advertising. You will not get speeds anywhere near as advertised!

Actual speed I got: 100-200 kb/s

Despite repeated requests to fix the speeds for a whole week, he refused to take any action and claimed that these speeds were "normal".

Important Notes: Both MU single transload & Auto Transload is not working on his server. When Auto Transloading, only first link in a list of links would be downloaded (the rest will stall) and that's how I got the speeds.

b) Upload to MU:

Average speeds I got: 300-400 kb/s

I did not complain about this as MU's upload speed is always slow.

Fake screenshot! Anyone who has ever used RL knows that upload speed-o-meter fluctuates wildly from one extreme to another during upload. That's how he was able to take a screenshot showing upload 218 mb/s upload speed.

Actual average upload speed to HF I got: 200-300 kb/s

d) Download from HF:

Premium download plugin for HF never worked for me even though he claimed it did. Anyway, I did not bother about it much.

e) Download and Upload from RS:

Only thing that works as advertised. Speeds are good too.

2) Accused me of altering the host files and the RapidLeech script itself when I told him that MU single transloads and HF premium download wasn't working as he claimed. This was a blatant false accusation as I did not alter a single line in any of the RapidLeech files except adding username/password to the host files.

3) CPU loads were often found to be around 100%. He accused me of causing High CPU usage despite the fact that I did not use rar/unrar once since paying him for the service. I even stopped using MU's multifetcher on request. If simple downloading and uploading causes his server to go belly up, is it the customer's fault? No, but he kept accusing me, even suspended my account a couple of times.

4) He refused to provide a free account extension for all the lost time due to downtimes and slow speeds saying he is not liable for slow speeds and downtimes.

5) When I asked him to fix the speed issues repeatedly, he said that 300-400 kb/s which is just about 3 mbps is considered normal for RapidLeech & that they could do nothing to fix it because of network issues and server location (A case of false advertising - refer to pt.1). Would you settle for a 3 mbps RapidLeech?

6) Finally, after complaining for an entire week to fix the speed issues, he terminated my account today and refused to refund the money in compliance with his 15 day Money back Guarantee.

The reason for no refund was I said this to him earlier in the day:
Fix the God damn speed issues!

After experiencing speeds of 100-200 kb/s for the whole week and nothing being done about it despite repeated requests, one can understand why I had to say that.

Apparently the poor fella was offended by the use of the word "God damn" even though it wasn't even meant to insult him in any way lol. That was far more polite than anyone in my position will ever be. Step out to the real world once in a while Robert. It's not a bed of roses.

Ultimately, thanks to Jayfella, I got my money back which I would of never gotten back otherwise. He rejected my refund request no matter how many times I asked him prior to Jayfella's intervention.

This is an honest to God review. Everything I said in this review is true to the very last word. I have no reason to lie here. I have nothing to gain or lose out of lying about a site. I like to give credit where due. This review was written to warn others of their service! How you interpret this review is upto you.

Of course I expect Robert to come here & make up a lot of stuff to convince you otherwise. He has already put up a "Beware of Prazsky" notice in his sig lol. Afterall, more customers he can fool, the better for him I guess. I am not a seller, what have I to lose?

To be honest, I don't care much. Don't be tempted by their "cheap" hosting plans. It's upto you to believe who you want. But if you value your money, this is one web hosting provider you want stay as far away as possible unless you want to lose money! The choice is yours!

Actually i saw you guys discussing about all this stuff at the shoutbox, and i see you got a refund (Thank God) otherwise they dont seem so good.:S
 
Yeah mate. All thanks to Jayfella for the refund. Jay decided to act tough with him and that forced him to issue a refund.

I was contemplating opening a dispute with Paypal or a chargeback with my credit card company if I didn't get refund.

I have seen lame excuses to deny refund before but the use of "God damn" word takes the cake. lol.
 
lmao, what a big thread. Well good to know that he refunded your money back (y)

We also have sometimes downtimes and high CPU usage but we never suspend the account and never dis obey clients words, also we give extention to the payment date. Afterall we can run servers only for them and they pay the money so we must give them max service with ease :) also its the clients duty to co operate with the hosters also.

I understand your point of view mate. Momentary downtimes and speed issues are always acceptable as long as the hosting provider is willing to sort out the issue.

But when the download and upload speeds are around 100-200 kb/s for an entire week and the hosting provider refuses to acknowledge the issue and fix the problem, you gotta believe something is wrong. He even claimed those speeds are "normal". Believe that!

Lol, I think Robert has already pressed the panic button. He has mass emailed this to his clients:
Dear ABC,

We're sending out this annoucements as it seems that this following one user who was an existing user of our rapidleech hosting services has been sending out false information to people via pm's on wjunction.com claming our services are scams we'll like to set the fact straight here. The following user at http://www.wjunction.com/member.php?u=10402 was complaning about speeds issue not be resolved fast enough for him as we've told him many times that network issue are mostly out of our control user seem to not understand english very well so if you receive a pm from this user please just ignore it as it's false information. We've also contacted a lawyer about this situtation.

Good luck suing me with your lawyer lol. Robert, no need to mass email as I am not PMing anyone. It's all out in the open for everyone to see. If your service is top notch exactly as you advertise, you wouldn't need to mass email to convince everyone of your "super duper" service. Your service would speak for itself lol

I would say, Pratsky, get on with your life and move on ..... perhaps Eso likes to adopt you.

Yeah sure mate. I don't plan to hang around with this issue forever. I justed posted this review to warn future customers of WJ from a potential scam.
 
1. Lets get fact straight they screenshots you're seeing in the sales thread was from the first vps server we had if you would've read all post in the thread instead of just skipping over post You've know that.

2. Second fact lets get this straight we suspended your account cause you were causing high CPU loads when you were using megaupload mulit leecher. After you were suspended not once but twice for this when we see high loads are job is to suspended the accounts instead of leaving them running as this can affect many services such as Apache, Mysql, etc. Any other hosting provider can vouch if they see an account with high CPU loads at 32.57 CPU they'll have no chance but to suspended it.

3. We did resolve any speed issue you had. To make the service a better place we even had the server moved back to Netherlands so everyone could download from hotfile.com using there premium accounts since the whole net range was banned in the Germany location. Yet you were still very unhappy with this You didn't even give us a chance to start even working on the new speed issue has the server was just transferred the sameday.

4. User was very inpatience he was told many times including it was posted in our sales thread that we're very busy with server migration including having to respond to support ticket that are opened up by our Onshore provider proof below

We've never scammed you as you did get a refund after asking for it more nicely. My bank account show why would I need your 7 dollars.

6. As far has me putting your ticket on On Hold I put it on hold as you have given us the wrong username & password for the rapidleech account. Then later on you did correct it with the right account information.

7. What this user actually wanted was VIP services as he was told many times support tickets are answered in the order they're received in. What user would do is he would post in our sales thread after 5 mins of him submitting a ticket not allowing us to respond to it he was told many of times that our sales thread wasn't a support thread.

We're not denining speeds were slow I even agreed with you that speeds were slow on the last server we had. We had just move server back over to Netherlands before resolving any issue we wanted to make sure all user had there domain names updated to our new ip's or nameservers before actually working on any issue as this helps us to better help clients.

8. Why would we contact a lawyer over a small issue it would be a waste of there time in our time as they've better cases to handle.

We're not a scam a scammer is someone who doesn't return your money we refunded you after you had asked more nicely. Yes I suspended / terminated your account after you told us to fix the damn speed issue which was a violation of our terms of services.

We did tell this user that many factors can cause speed issues
1st factor is Distance of both services of how far they're from each other.
2nd factor is Network issue at datacenter of vps provider.
3rd factor is Network issue at Filesharing website.

I must to say that i have Rl with this guy robert and i must to tell you that the support is great. The first server was hostedn in Germany and the speed was great DL and UL but the hotfile premium doesn't work . After one week the server was transfered to netherlands and then the hotfile premium works but i was getting very slow speed like 500 - 600 KB/s . Then i Asked for refund ant they refund me without any problem.
 
Ditto here, the service is second to none in my opinion, hotfile speeds are perfectly inline with the location of the server from the USA.

Service tickets are answered ASAP with helpful information and what feels like general overall care for the customer.

No problems at all.

I do however believe after reading other threads on the forum dealing with the sales of RL, you do see the same person complaining and causing problems for the people trying to sell their product.

I would take what Prazsky has to say with a grain of salt, just check out some of the other threads, you can see him/her complaining about them as well.... this is just my opinion and observations of course.B-)

I can verify Cisco_kid does have Rapidleech services with us on another note. They're a new user to wjunction there friend had given them the link.

I Can agree with you 100% on that patience is the key to victory as anyone can see from post we've not scammed this user at all. As everyone can see we did submit support ticket on behalf of user's that had speed issue as you can see it was even stated again in support ticket the same information we given him about factors they can cause speed issues.
 
As I said earlier, I am in no mood to argue with this guy any more. I had been doing just that for the last 10 days without any resolution. Obviously, he is now gonna come out and say a lot of things to save his hide including using a dupe Cisco_Kid troll account (=)) but the fact remains, whatever I said in my review is 100% true to the very last word.

If anyone believes this Cisco_Kid troll account and thinks I am incapable of giving an honest review, head over to gtaclub's Rapidleech sale thread. Before I took Robert's service, I tested his hosting and provided an unbiased honest review with screenshots of speeds in his sale thread.

Robert, I have countered all your arguments in this review as well as in your sale thread before as well. There is no reason for me to go all over this again. I am not a seller and I have nothing to lose or gain. I don't argue unnecessarily in anyone's sale thread unless it's justifiable. Show me one sale thread where my comment wasn't justifiable. Oh that's right you can't coz there ain't any.

At the end of the day, this thread is just a "Review". Yes, a review which highlights both the positive and negative points about his service. It's upto the future customers to interpret this review as they want. I will not decide for them. It's their money and if they wish to throw it away, it's upto them.

All I can say to future customers, there are many other web hosting providers in WJ who are more reliable and don't treat their customers like dirtbags. As a customer you deserve the best ;)

Robert, anybody who has come across our arguments in your sale thread during the last week knows how much credibility you have and what precious little you did to deal with the issues at hand. All you could do was provide cookie cutter responses for the whole week until I got fed up with it. The only thing you can now do is make up a bunch of lies to save your business. Well good luck with that mate. Deceiving customers can only get you so far.

As for you not being a scammer, well you did refund me the money (so I removed the scammer tag from my sig) but tell me how many times did you reject my refund request before you were forced to refund due to Jay's intervention? I asked for refund a couple of times at my support ticket and you bluntly gave a "refund request rejected" answer. I asked for refund 6-7 times at your sale thread too and each time you shot it down. Forgot all that so soon? Short memory huh?

Trust me, if you were dealing with customers in real life and you denied them refund request over the use of a "God damn" word, they would of buried you by now & your business wouldn't last a day. Thank God its the virtual world eh? Taking customers for a ride behind a computer screen has never been so easy eh?

Btw Smexy, don't teach me about patience. I had been patient with this guy for over a week. I even asked him for a free account extension a number of times for the slow speeds and downtimes but he bluntly refused everytime. What "factors" caused speed issues for a whole week is not my problem. As a customer I wanted proper service OR compensation and you refused both. When I paid for 4 weeks of quality service, why would I settle for 2 weeks?
