1. What's your platform for hosting Windows VPS? Virtuozzo, Hyper-V, Xen or others?
2. How many virtual machines on a physical machine?
3. Do you still maintain your homepage? A lot of links in http://aminserve.com/ are invalidated.
4. Do you have a policy of money back guarantee?
5. Would you like to tell me the CPU spec of this plan?

Sorry for delay in reply:
1- we use vmware in most of our servers.
2- It depends on many things, if I say 5 or 50 vms on each machine, how do you know whats our main server spec?
3- yes, I did not have enough time to manage the website and billing system yet and most of our customers are contacting me by email.
4- No, but we do provide test vps before any payments.
5- for 1 gig plans we provide 2 hz without any share.

paid for $19 vps and was said by op that it's not available.


Asked him to refund me $19 as I don't want $36 or $46 vps but OP is not honouring the refund.


I will post here when the refund is made.

Suddenly I become the bad guy when I ask for a refund.

There is no mention of $19 servers being not available and when I don't need any other server I requested refund.

I have not received the refund yet. OP doesn't have a clue to how paypal works and asking me to cancel payment inspite of me repeatedly telling him that it's not possible.

You must reports before forwarding it to the clients. If the abuse report is sent to the client, you provide enough time to resolve it .

Have used this service for several months now. All downtimes have been caused by me and it really has amazing speed. Great service!
