I like to test these plans & is this really 1gig port plans ? :

Dedicated Ram: 512
Hdd: 60 gig
Ip: 1
Bw: Unlimited (unmeterd, download and upload as much as you can)
OS: winserver 2003, xp. (+remote desktop)

I keep getting the terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections. How many people you cramp into one server?

Dude,
Its not related to server as you have dedicated VPS not a simple RDP.
When you get such an error, it means that another one is using your vps or your last session not ended yet.
Just use your panel and simply restart your VPS.

Let me know if you need anything.
