Am I banned from Fileserve.com?

Yesterday I download the first part of a game and later when I wanted to start to download the second part I got this:
""The server could not be found"
Ok, it sometimes happens. But I tried it with Firefox and IE and got the same notice. I asked others to check this up and the site is working fine for everybody.
I just download games, sometimes a lot, sometimes I don't have time to download for several months. I don't understand what happened.

It just stopped working for me, I love this site. What should I do to make it work again?

I'm from Hungary.
And I'm not a big computer genius, so I didn't understand a lot.:blush:

ISP is eg. UPC (Chello)?
 
ISP stands for internet service provider, such as T-Home and UPC.
Maybe you can Google stuff like "T-Home fileserve.com banned", to find out if its your ISP's fault or your computer's.
 
I didn't find anything which is similar to my case.. I can talk with UPC only on monday.
How can I contact with Ricky?
 
Lorea, yes, you are banned from Fileserve.com. This happens if you or someone from your IP was using a shared fileserve account. This results in a permanent IP ban. You can contact Fileserve from their main website and give them your IP for more details.

Thank you but my problem is exactly that I can't reach Fileserve sites, neither the main site.:)
