Yep trusting a hosting company.

I mean, say if you've got a rare theme, or biggish forum/DDL are you more carefull which host you choose?

It's been playing on my mind alot lately, i'm not saying all these hosts will, but i think afew will take a backup of the site and keep it for themselfs, don't ask me why but i think some would.

Makes it ahell alot harder to pick more wisely now me thinks )

I think that's a little unfair,

When you pick a host, you need to make sure that they are not just a summer holidays job. The more long term hosts, such as www.wrzhost.com, www.hostbeyond.com e.t.c wouldn't consider doing anything like that.

It's not unfair, it's just what i think, it's just always crossed my mind that's all.

Also actually them two hosts what you listed, would be my possibly only choices if i didn't get my own dedicated server.

Rare theme? C'mon who they're all available everywhere and if you had bought it then what can I say... people mostly buy vB / IPB Lic.. haven't come across many Skin buyers.

Ok the dedicated server i can understand.

But the rare theme part i cannot.

I buy all my themes or have them custom made in a legit method, it just proper pisses me off seeing a theme i've had made popup on a site lol.

please beware, staff is bitch that bites you in the ass..
quite un friendly but its good lol..

They gave me a few warnings when my torrent download was flagged and stuff, No special warnings from them just fwded from authorities.

you can even tell them you're not from euro and not pay VAT lol.
Well being from Pakistan, I don't pay VAT.

and, finally the only blocked my server 2 times
- Was being DDoSed
- Sent out a mass email, some bastard told them i was spamming lol.
