This man is a fraud! Beware of Fraud! I have been a client with him and he cheated on me. How? After paying the bill delete invoice and asked to pay again, said error. That's what I did but the first payment was not a mistake. Duly charged on my account. Twice paid. The same happened the next month. When I asked why he simply suspended my account. Erase all data and destroy my forum. Horor. The next month again charged again although I did not have an account with him. He made a fictional account and charged. This is skamers and fraud. Now I lead a dispute over its banks. I hope to succeed in restoring at least some money. I want to warn all clients to be careful. My recommendation, avoid Alibaba Hosting.
 
They scams me too...a year ago
I dont now why but they change the name to pighost or something like that...today then changed again :S

You host fake counterfeit website and scammed many people with their money and we got many complains about your website , so we asked you to move to other host ? so is asking you to move to other host after refunding your left over money is scam?.

This person is a lier, he used our service for 3 months but he has payed only for one month as his two other payments was rejected by our payment gateway and when we asked him about the payment he filed dispute for his one payment also .We have proof for the old payments rejected by our payment gateway i.e 2checkout and also all communication we had with you on our ticket system.

You have been charged after your cancellation as you opted for recurring billing and your money for that month has been refunded , check your bank before you post anything here .I can even post the 2checkout account screenshot for this .

You cheated us by not paying us for old months which you have used the service.

Regarding Data its you who asked us to wipe all data from the vps , we have proof of ticket.

anuragblr@ You are terrible, and when you tell me, they are no dmca, and many things is different, you can change the renewal of the price, because I have many files, we have to renew it, and you upgrade the price, and your service attitude is very poor.

Se we ignore DMCA but that does not means you will scam people for their money , we got complains from many people who brought some item from their website.

And we never scammed you we just ask you to move to other host as we cannt handle your complains . So whats your problem now , if you have found better host , remain with them dont come to this sales thread.

The same crap he did to me this guy.. I did not get my money back yet and never have the server that i order.

So, i saw is that it always shows that he returned the money but never returned.

I was with Alibaba before they used the name Alibaba, I did not have many problems until the middle of last year after a server move. Then things changed as the level of service decreased I inquired about changing plans and never got any replies to my sales emails.

I found another host that I have been with for 4 months. They are not the company I started doing business with and that is why I am no longer with them.
