Alertpay Transaction PIN

Hi,

Today i thought i should buy the service from kundurocks for Monster Bot and when i was sending him the money alertpay(first time) asked for the transaction PIN also but i didn't know the password.
So i tried to change it and they asked 2 questions which also i forgot so now what should i do?\

Should i mail their support staff and will they give me the PIN?

yes there is an option but then they ask 2 questions which i don't remember.
So i mailed them but do you think they will give me the PIN??

may be they will not give you the answer as seems like hacked account how can they trust you but you i think they have some option or things to know about like date of birth or anything else just call them they will right away

i had 28$ where i got 2 payments.
1) 25$ from fileserve
2) 3$ from a friend

I added the screenshots of those 2 mails which i received from alertpay
so do you think it is enough???

Better call them in working hours for faster assistance.....as they answer tickets too slow
