Alertpay Prepaid Card Withdrawal Issues!

I requested a withdrawal to my Alertpay Prepaid Card on the 27th (like 12.30 am)...practically on the 26th...and its still pending. Almost 5 days have passed. Anybody else facin this? if yes then whats the issue?

BTW this is not about Credit Card withdrawals...i know very well that AP is having issues with that.B-)

i withdrawal to my bank ...on the 15th...till now about 17 days also noy yet credit on my bank statement..damn alertpay!!!
 
Is this your first wirthdraw to alertpay prepaid card beta ? First 3 months it tooked 6 days for me, because they say you can wait upto 4 days(without weekend), so if you order money on Wednesday, you will get it on Tuesday(6 days with weekend)...

Nowadays, it tooks only abt 24hrs for me... But I didn't ordered my money in last two weeks, maybe something went bad... :S
 
no mate this isnt my first...using it for months now...dunno whats goin on...theyr not replying to tickets also (thats probably coz of the weekend)
 
Something seriously wrong with alertpay, its been 6 months and my debit card still not arrived. its been like 1 month since they didnt reply my ticket so i made a second one last week but still no reply

have you ever try to contact them ?
 
I have same problem.Before i get approved transaction on my prepaid card for two days but now something is wrong and i wait approval already six days.Only what i see is pending on my account.i send the ticket but support don't respond on it :). I hope everything will be fine but who knows what is behind .............. F...ck
 
I withdrawed to my alertpay debit card on 29,still status pending.
If it doesn't get confirmed by friday i will call them.

Edit : Just got mine transferred.
