Alertpay account on hold (Question)

Hey guys ,
2 days ago i found that alertpay holded my account they asked for Passport and bank statment , but i don't have a passport so i sent them photo id at first only , then they email me asking for bank statment also
when i sent the bank statment with the photo id , they said sorry it should be passport not country id ???
what are they trying to do ?
when i sent the id first they accept it and asked for the statment and when i added the statment they now don't accept the id ?
are they just trying to make this complicated (i don't think so)
so if this happened with you or you know about this , leave a reply .

have you tried to send your driving license+ id card+ bank statement?
I think you should tell them that you do not have passport and you only have these document as creating a passport will cost you some money and your budget don't permit you...i think so :p

Why Alertpay is asking for the document from you?

I also have an account there which is unverified but never received any emails regarding asking for a doc etc.

Did you cross your balance or a transaction limit?

Alertpay sucks !!!!these days many problems are occuring on alertpay ...

there s a withdrwal problem also .....

there were never any chargeback to my account , i use it t receive money from filehosts and then withdraw to my credit card .
