im looking for create a forum would like some advice ie: software ect

ill be using a free host as i dont have the funds and it will not be a warez forum

and seo? whats the best way for that

Completely depends on what your creating the forum for. Most free hosts won't allow a nulled (illegal copy) of a forum script like IPB or vBulletin. If you can't afford basic hosting you won't be able to afford a script licence for vBulletin or IPB so your limited to scripts like PHPBB, MyBB or SMF. They all have SEO plugins available.
