Advice for optimizing a video chat site

Hello,
I need your help guys with a video chat site I am working on.

So, I have the index page which will be optimised for keywords in the sphere of: "live videochat".

Now, every girl/guy will have a profile page on the site.

The index page will show 20 models online, hand picked by me (highest rating, etc.).

Here is where I need your advice:
1. I could link from the index page using their username to their unique profile page, and entitle their page with their username.
So the index page would have a link called "Karen" to a profile page called "Karen"

2. I could use snappy, catchy lines on the index page like:
"I'm Online and Ready to Meet" which links to a page called "Online Lady Looking To Meet Guys"
This way I use some keywords, but I'm not sure about the impact it will have in google, since profile pages aren't the most informative ones.

How would you do it? Please, I really need some advice
