well obviously your not getting 1.7 mil unique visitors per day to your site....

and as i said... number of visits is NOT unique visits....

track it all on google analytics and you see..
 
well i gotta agree with djeuro on this one....i think awstats uses ip tracking and google analytics uses cookies so ga shud be more accurate coz lots of ppl can have same ip ranges....

Did you not see the image properly? I'm getting 30k+ unique visits per day. The 1.7 million are hits.

Also, Google analytics does not track users with noscript, etc..

thats what i said... 30k+ forget about that... those arent UV for the 10th time.. and google tracks a lot more options than webalizer or aw stats..
 
Wow, you seriously don't get anything.

Go ask everybody else, the Number of visits per day in AWstats is unique.

im not trying to be a dick im just pointing it out thats its not really unique visitors...

ask sandino, he hosts a pretty successfull host, hell tell you :P

For anyone who may be confused..

VISITS are unique visitors.
HITS are non-unique visitors.

So from the graph above WarezLobby is currently generating a real unique traffic flow of 32-36k unique/day.

Just wanted to clear that up incase anyone was having misunderstandings. Good deal on the ad spaces Jetty. B-)
 
Number of visits(yellow) are NOT unique visits.

Anyone having awstats can check that.If not i'll show him how to do the math.

CJ, what you should have done is posting a monthly report with monthly unique visits.Then the mess would be avoided. It's the upper table in the stats.

Anyhow, WLobby is a great site, with great traffic. I suppose most of its traffic comes from katz, but again, traffic is traffic. ;)

Checking his alexa stats you will see it's a good site to advertise to.

You say that number of visits (yellow) are not unique, but then you go onto say "check his Alexa stats" :|

AWStats is far more accurate than Alexa, let me assure you on that lol.
 
Im just saying that awstats has an orange and an yellow table to devide visits and uniques.

when i say alexa, its just to have a "complete picture".

Just to clear things up, number of visits IS unique.

Just because our stats are high doesn't mean it's fake.

We're now getting around 40k unique visits per day FYI.
 
LOL number of visits is not unique...

ok, go to your table and make a sum of all your yellow visits

then go back at the top and compare it with your YELLOW visits, you will see that will match, and will not match with uniques.
