don't waste money on ad shits just do the Google seo work , and use all your money to keep your site alive for a long time , in my opinion the best ad is lasting for a long time , even a shit ugly site that has been flawless and online for 2 years will get good traffic , so just don't daily check stats and get depressed , simply work on site sections make them user friendly for members who visit , ad community sections but not too many ....... let Google bring the genuine traffic , u don't call them let them come2u with time....... be patient slowly u will grow if u wanna just suddenly boost i don't think it would be a great idea to throw so much money expecting quick results , a few extra sections that would make your site unique would be proxy sections , yahoo tools sections , and of course hacking and cracking but these sections need professional staff , anyway this is my opinion

I see that the sentences are quite divided, and btw I never wanted to have regular warez forum, site bcoz there is a lot of sites this type - you know, like - "Another Wordpress Blog" ; )

if you want clicks, buy ads from warez blogs/forums header menu, there you get good traffic. Those regular header links people sell here wont work, and is big waste of money.
Example good link placement: WJunction > Webmasters > Webmaster Discussion > Your Ad Title here.
oh and on topic, 200$ for a 4days banner on that site is not worth it.
