But if the site does not sell for the desired price , then the ad spots option would be there....
If the site is sold , then all payment would be refunded and the advertising cost to the person who paid for it will be Nil...

@ ttexta - I have posted histats.com link which provides live stats.. Check out for yourself.... Page Rank is currently 0 as site is new... Alexa is 218,190.... It is constantly getting better.. Interested in advertising ???

In this thread here you are selling that website and you said that monthly revenue is 50 USD but when i visit your website i get this:

Seriously man my monthly revenue is 0 USD and even with that i am able to run 13 websites and forums together.

That includes payment for 3 different host companies and domains, sometimes even advertising.

@JohnnyBoy - Man , its my own hosting company. Actually our alloted bandwidth limit was reached. The error has been removed as we shifted hosts.
