check at least wp-tube-plugin.com. it provide 140 adult video themes with adult video provider + adult CSV grabber + adult video image gallery + porn stars module + grab videos from 100 adult video sites. grabber grab videos from all major adult sites (xvideos, redtube, pornhub, xhamster.....)

You can take a look at xwpthemes.com, there are some nice themes for adult tube sites.

It's actually not that difficult to whip one out from underscores.me, add some twitter bootstrap and customization, and voila! Your very own WP Theme. If you plan something like a tube site format, you can add a metabox for postmeta for creating posts, and format your loop contents.

You can check wp-script theme & plugins - It's not free but really cheap compared to the content that is put at your disposal. The support is helpfull and reactive, you can, with their plugins, add many features to your site (grab videos of bigger porn tubes sites automatically) etc etc ... I recommand !
