For video sharing on adult forums, here are a few options that still work:
Planetsuzy — One of the largest, has dedicated uploader sections. New accounts are restricted but once you're established you can post embed links. They accept doodstream, streamtape, etc.
Pornbb — Similar to planetsuzy, allows embed links from most major hosts. Account age and post count required before you can post links freely.
