sorry to say this elio, but I don't like it 
maybe others think its good but it doesn't make me think "hawt" like your other designs.
header - the background it just a pic and those buttons on the header look bad
forum heading backgrounds - too much pink glow/gradient

Your use of gradients is good
Has everything a nice clean forum skin needs
What would be good in the final version the text on the category name should have text shadow i think that would look awesome

Looks really nice Elio dude (y) great job, my opinions;
1. Replace the logo/header, having a topless lass there seems "out of place" somehow to me. Yes ok its for a porn board but even so, something more "classy" looking would be superb I think. I like tits as much as the person but in this case seems a bit too bold.
2. Remove the top header where is currently says "Black Rose" then use a logo/header with the black navbar underneath. Will neaten it up a bit and make the top section smaller.
Other than that awesome m8 (y)
