I created a website called
www.inad.me which is an online adult advertising marketplace.
I personally tried blacklabel, juicyads, ero-advertising and tried a webcam girl affiliate from imlive.
My website had 15,000 monthly page views, and i had no money coming from those ad networks. There is only one that works for me, it is Adengage. Their panel of banners is limited. They also don't propose php, but... THEY PAY. When i say they pay... There is nothing crazy. They pay $3 for a 120*90 banner located on each of my post (wordpress).
And that's enough for me. On the other hand, i am doubtful with the adult ad networks. Call it as you want (rip-off,scam...), i don't trust them anymore.
That's why i thought... Come on why de we need any intermediaries ? why should we call a middle man for advertising? Cause now there are very good cheap script to manager your ad spaces like oiopublisher
That's why i decided to create a forum where people can sell and buy adult advertising.
Anyway, my advice would be to create a /advertising page where you explain what your website is, your audience is and publish your banner prices.
On your website, you can use OIOpublisher script which add a "advertise here" in a full customisable banner somewhere in your website. And you can have several of them.
I personnally found good publishers for my website. Publishers pay more than ad networks and they are more reliable. When there is a trust relationship between you and the publishers, the money starts flowing in because they re-new their advertisements on your website. This is important to build a good relationship with publishers because then, they come back.
Don't trust those ad networks who promise lots of money. Even if your website is successful they don't pay. In Fact, they all work through CPC. However i think an impression of a brand should be billable. Plus, a link to a website is a back link. That also have value. This value is not considered by ad networks.
