You can't compare the value of the traffic of Katz with pure Google traffic! :D
The prices are fine. I would be interested to buy that "read more" spaces and place PPS ads, but for $4K it's way too risky for me.

damn, people even worth 5 times before buying site for 4000$ here and i dont remember any site going more then 6-7k, but 4000$ for ads you have got to be kidding me, you can buy around 500 ad spots on different sites for that much money and they will bring wayyy more traffic

You must be crazy charging that money in a recession..not
a chance you will sell ad spots for that absurd amount. Better
to make alot of small ad spot sales than wait for one big one..
Learn some marketing skills for a few weeks and come back with
better prices my friend.
